Evropská odborná doporučení k informování v ART s dárcovstvím

Evropská společnost pro lidskou reprodukci a embryologii (ESHRE) připravuje dokument „Doporučení pro poskytování informací pro participanty v ART s dárcovstvím částí těla“ (Good practice recommendations for information provision for those using and participating in reproductive donation), tedy pro dárce gamet, žadatele o ART a budoucí děti. Do dneška bylo možné k tomu napsat komentář, tak jsme ho poslali. Vítáme aktivity snažící se řešit složitou situaci, ale tento pokusu víc problémů vytváří než má potenciál řešit. Jistě není v nejlepším zájmu dítěte být dlouhodobě, možná po celý život, v péči poradců a psychologů, jistě není v jeho nejlepším zájmu dohledávat rodičovské osoby po celém světě. Text navíc předpokládá přechod ke komerčnímu systému, což není nejen podle české legislativy možné. Už jsme informovali příslušnou českou odbornou společnost, že tyto guideliny nedoporučujeme, že je nutné hledat jiné řešení.

Altogether, in 2019, 4433 egg donation cycles were completed in the UK.
