Francie přijala nový bioetický zákon

Včera, 29. června, přijala Francie po mnoha letech příprav nový bioetický zákon „La loi de bioéthique“. Prošel drtivou většinou hlasů parlamentem poté, co ho třikrát také drtivou většinou odmítl francouzský senát. Zákon se týká široké bioetické problematiky. Pokud jde o asistovanou reprodukci, nově podle něj mají přístup k IUI i IVF osamělé ženy a lesbické páry, a to na náklady zdravotních pojišťoven. Náhradní mateřství zůstává i nadále výslovně zakázáno, osamělí muži a gayské páry tedy i nadále přístup k asistované reprodukci nemají. In addition to consulting with stakeholders and experts, the joint law commissions have looked abroad for inspiration.
